I went in this dealership hoping to get the special financing GM has to offers for well qualified buyers, but I was presented with something else. This dealership is full with surprises. Imagine a 4% charge for using a credit card. This should have been explained to me before but like I said , surprises They don't focus towards the Customer's interest but the interest of the dealership. I am certain that I was qualified for the special financing from GM but I was thrown to a astronomical interest rate which I don't want to get into an argument with them. I was approved for a GM credit card but not the special GM financing. WOW!!. The financing Guy was abled to get me my First responder discount but he should be a little more clear as to explain what I was signing. Yeah..one might say that read before you sign, tell that to someone who has been waiting over 3 hours for a deal to take place . Also the MSRP price of the vehicle was around $ 25,800 but looking at the contract, it started with $27,000+. I am not stupid but decided to stay silence. 36 months I will visit them again hoping to get a good deal.

Some what satisfied. could’ve been a lot more price, friendly ..!!!the fact that I love Chevrolet I overlooked at that issue. maybe next time wish to expect a little bit more price cost friendly situation!
